Our Chef Kalia Thomas known as Chef Wiz in the industry, has been cooking with passion in the industry for 24 years, with a French pastry degree he brings a unique perspective to his dishes and flavors applying classic French techniques to prepare amazing American and Italian fusion dishes. Our dishes are full of depth of flavor and thoughtfully crafted plating making sure your food looks as good as it tastes. Our philosophy is sourcing the best ingredients and plating them in a way that our guests can experience them to their max potential.
